Utility Requirements
- External steam supply at 5–11 PSI.
- ½″ IPS steam inlet with shut-off valve & safety relief valve.
- ½″ IPS condensate return line with steam trap (check valve required if returning to boiler).
Simple Operation
- Fill kettle with product.
- Open steam control valve fully; product reaches a rapid boil in 2–3 minutes.
- Throttle valve for simmer or rolling boil as needed.
- Close valve, tilt to pour and rinse immediately after cooking.
Care & Cleaning
- Wash interior with mild detergent and a nylon brush — never use steel wool or scouring powders.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry after each use.
- Avoid cleaners containing chlorides, salts or acids to preserve the stainless finish.
No scheduled preventive maintenance is required beyond regular cleaning. Test the safety relief valve every two months per local code.
