Steam up to four 12" × 20" pans simultaneously while enjoying rock-solid Crown reliability and NSF sanitation peace-of-mind.

Performance you can count on

Opening the door automatically interrupts steam flow for operator safety, then restarts it the moment the door is closed—keeping cook times consistent without wasting energy. The integrated liquid-level controls protect the heater elements and ensure a constant head of steam for even cooking results every batch.
