Maximise production while minimising footprint with Crown’s SCX-2-10. This self-contained steamer-kettle combination gives you two independent 1-cu-ft chambers plus a 10 gal tilting kettle – all powered by an energy-efficient steam-coil boiler that needs only 25-45 psi incoming steam. Built for heavy-duty institutional use, the SCX series pairs 316 SS cooking chambers with a fully welded 304 SS cabinet for years of corrosion-free service.
