SCX-10-36 Two-Compartment Steam-Coil Convection Steamer
by Crown Steam (a Middleby Brand)Built for busy commercial kitchens that refuse to compromise on speed or consistency, the Crown SCX-10-36 harnesses a powerful steam-coil boiler and two independent cooking chambers to turn out perfectly steamed vegetables, seafood, pasta, dim-sum and more—batch after batch. Heavy-duty stainless construction, automatic controls and an included water-treatment system make it as reliable as it is productive.

- Steam-coil boiler delivers 200 lb/hr of steam at an operating pressure of 9–11 psi.
- Two separate chambers—each with its own 60-minute timer, ready light and cook light—for true batch flexibility.
- Holds 10 full-size 12 × 20 in. pans (5 per compartment, up to 2-½ in. deep).
- Convection fan circulates steam for faster heat-up and even cooking.
