Two independently controlled pressure compartments let you prepare vegetables, proteins or starches simultaneously while a steam-coil boiler and factory-installed water treatment system keep maintenance low and uptime high.

- 9–11 psi steam-coil heated boiler; sized for 200 lb/hr (90 kg) steam flow
- Two pressure compartments, each with its own 60-min automatic timer, visible pilot light & end-of-cycle buzzer
- All-welded 304 #4-finish stainless steel exterior & interior for maximum sanitation and durability
- Door opens a full 180° and seals with a wheel-and-screw mechanism; removable aluminum inner liner for easy cleaning
- Universal pan supports included; per-compartment capacity up to 14 × 1 in, 6 × 2.5 in, 4 × 4 in or 2 × 6 in hotel pans (12 × 20 in)
- Factory-installed water treatment system, automatic boiler blow-down & split water line
- Water-in “Y” strainer on condenser feed protects internal components
- Reinforced 36 in cabinet base with full-perimeter frame and hinged storage doors
