Built for high-volume, multi-tasking kitchens, the Crown GCX-2-6-10 combines a 250,000 BTU gas-fired boiler, two pressureless convection-steam compartments, and a 6 gal + 10 gal kettle package in one 60-inch stainless cabinet. Produce vegetables, proteins, rice, soups, sauces, and more—all at the same time, all under one footprint.
