Built for high-volume commercial kitchens, the Crown GCX-2-24 delivers fast, even steam cooking in a compact 24-inch footprint while sipping just 2 amps per compartment. With a 304-stainless exterior, heavy-duty 316-stainless cook chambers, and a 200,000 BTU gas-fired boiler, this steamer works as hard as you do shift after shift.

Utility Connections

Provide separate hot and cold water supplies for the split water line. A ¾" rear gas shut-off valve and ½" electrical conduit are required. Maintain 3" side and 6" rear clearance for service access and ventilation.

Important – Water Quality: Total dissolved solids must be <60 ppm and pH 6.8–7.3. Failure to maintain water quality voids warranty.

One-year parts & labor warranty plus prorated two-year boiler-shell coverage included.
