Built for high-volume commercial kitchens that need the speed of convection steaming and the versatility of countertop kettles, the Crown GCX-2-6-6 combines two 6-gallon kettle jackets with a dual-compartment steamer on a single 60″ gas-fired cabinet base. 316 SS cooking chambers, 304 SS construction and a factory-installed water treatment system deliver rock-solid durability and worry-free performance shift after shift.

• Integrated 250,000 BTU gas steam boiler (9 – 11 psi) with electronic ignition & automatic blow-down
• (2) independent 6-gallon jacketed kettles with reinforced mountings
• (2) fully welded 316 SS steam chambers with removable stainless pan supports
• Per-compartment 60-minute mechanical timer with “ready” & “cooking” indicator lights and audible end-of-cycle signal
• Deck-mount faucet valve, swing nozzle & integral stainless sink for easy kettle filling/rinsing
• Water treatment system, split water line & CSD-1 code package included out of the crate
• Gas or LP field-configurable; 115 VAC, 1-phase controls (2 A/compartment)
