The Crown GCX-2-10 couples two independently controlled steamer compartments with a 10 gallon kettle, all powered by a high-efficiency 250,000 BTU gas-fired steam boiler that meets CSD-1. From delicate greens to starches, proteins and small-batch soups, you can handle peak-hour production without juggling burners or stock pots.
