The Crown EMT-6-6 pairs two 6-gallon, 2/3-jacketed tilting kettles with a built-in electric steam generator, dual rinse sinks and an NSF-listed water treatment system—everything you need for high-volume soups, sauces, stews and more, right where you need it.
