The Crown EMT-10-10 combines two independent 10 gallon steam kettles, a 24 kW electric boiler and built-in rinse sinks in one 42 inch footprint. From sauces and soups to pasta and custards, this all-in-one unit delivers fast, even heat, effortless pouring and the safety features today’s commercial kitchens demand.
