- Self-generating closed steam jacket—50 psi operating pressure, 165–285 °F (74–140 °C) temperature range.
- 316 stainless steel liner resists acidic foods; 304 stainless steel exterior with sanitary #4 finish.
- Hemispherical bottom promotes superior heat circulation and easy cleaning.
- Hand-crank tilt with self-locking positive stop allows a smooth, full 90° pour.
- Integrated control console: power switch, thermostat dial, pilot & low-water lights, pressure/vacuum gauge and automatic low-water shut-off.
- Full jacket design eliminates hot spots and scorching.
- Tri-leg base with two rear support legs and adjustable flanged feet—leveled and bolted down in minutes.
