Produce high-volume soups, sauces, pastas and more with the reliability of steam-jacketed cooking—no external boiler needed. The Crown ELT-40 delivers 40 gallons of even, controllable heat, then pours every ounce out smoothly with its self-locking crank tilt.

  • Integrated control console:
    • On/Off power switch & rotary thermostat (165 °F – 285 °F / 74 °C – 140 °C).
    • Low-water & temperature pilot lights.
    • Vacuum/pressure gauge and 50 psi safety relief valve.
    • Automatic low-water shut-off protects heating elements.
