Built for high-volume, high-acid production, the ELT-20F delivers a true 20 gallons (76 L) of perfectly even steam heat—no external boiler required. A smooth hand-crank tilt, all-stainless construction and factory-sealed jacket make it the workhorse your kitchen can count on shift after shift.
