Its 2/3 steam jacket is factory-sealed and self-generating—no external boiler required—while heavy-duty 316 stainless inside and polished 304 stainless outside stand up to the toughest commercial kitchens. Standard features like one-hand spring-assist cover, 2″ sanitary draw-off valve with perforated strainer, and an integral faucet bracket make production cooking faster, safer and more precise.
