Built for the busiest commissaries, universities, and production kitchens, the Crown EL-100 delivers an enormous 100 gal (379 L) batch capacity with the precision of electric, self-contained steam. Its acid-resistant 316 stainless liner, rugged 304 stainless shell, and labor-saving accessories come ready to boost output the moment it’s bolted to the floor.

  • Self-generating 2/3 steam jacket sealed with distilled water—no external boiler required.
  • Temperature range 165 – 285 °F (74 – 140 °C) at up to 50 psi for rapid, even heating.
  • 316 SS interior liner handles high-acid foods; 304 SS exterior with all-welded #4 finish.
  • Includes spring-assisted hinged stainless cover, faucet bracket, and 2″ sanitary draw-off valve with removable perforated strainer.
  • Tri-leg base with 4-hole adjustable flanged feet for positive floor anchoring.
  • Front-mounted control panel: lighted power switch, thermostat, pilot & low-water lights, vacuum/pressure gauge, safety relief valve, and automatic low-water shutoff.
  • Field-replaceable heating elements speed up maintenance and reduce downtime.
