The Crown EDA-3 lets you switch the upper compartment from rapid high-pressure cooking to gentle pressure-less steaming, while two additional pressure chambers keep production moving. An integrated 48 kW ASME boiler, factory water treatment and CSD-1 safety suite make this all-stainless steamer a worry-free workhorse for any high-volume kitchen.

Water quality requirement: Supply water must meet Crown guidelines (TDS < 60 ppm, pH 6.8-7.3, chlorine < 1.5 ppm, alkalinity < 20 ppm).
Flush 2–3 gal through new filter cartridges during installation to maintain warranty coverage.
