Crown “Do-All” Dual-Pressure Steamer – 3-Compartment, 36" Cabinet Base
Model EDA-3 | Electric | Upper compartment pressure / pressure-lessDrive speed, versatility and consistency in one small footprint. The Crown EDA-3 lets you switch the upper compartment from rapid high-pressure cooking to gentle pressure-less steaming, while two additional pressure chambers keep production moving. An integrated 48 kW ASME boiler, factory water treatment and CSD-1 safety suite make this all-stainless steamer a worry-free workhorse for any high-volume kitchen.
