The Crown ECX-24 is a high-performance, self-contained convection steamer that puts an entire steam battery in just 36 inches of floor space. Independent compartments, a rugged 42 kW boiler and factory-installed water treatment give chefs the speed, capacity and consistency they need—service after service.

To maintain warranty coverage, incoming water must meet Crown Steam Group’s quality requirements (TDS < 60 ppm, pH 6.8-7.3). Replace filter cartridges on schedule and purge 2-3 gal at each change.

Installation Note: Unit requires a dedicated 3-phase electrical supply, two ½" NPT cold-water connections, a 2" open floor drain and adequate ventilation. Always follow local codes and have the steamer installed by qualified professionals.
