Two independent 8-pan chambers, a 42 kW electric boiler and a factory-installed water treatment system combine for unbeatable productivity, reliability and taste.

- 316 SS one-piece welded cooking chambers; 304 SS satin-finish exterior for long life and easy cleaning
- Removable pan supports & stainless drip trough speed up end-of-day clean-up
- Includes Middleby Water Treatment System to meet Crown’s water-quality warranty requirements
- CSD-1 code package, split water lines and drain tempering system (140 °F compliance)
