High-volume batch steaming and scratch-made sauces in one space-saving footprint. The Crown ECX-2-10 pairs two pressureless convection steamer compartments with a 10-gallon steam-jacketed kettle—delivering unmatched versatility, speed and consistency to demanding commercial kitchens.
