Installation Snapshot
- Secure pedestal to floor through four 7/16" bolt holes.
- Provide drainage for pour path (and draw-off valve if installed).
- Install steam control valve, steam trap and check valve per local code.
- Add a pressure-reducing valve when supply exceeds 30 psi (optional 50 psi kettle).
