Description

Crown DMS-60 | 60 Gallon Stationary Direct-Steam Kettle

2/3 jacket • 316 stainless interior • NSF & cCSAus certified

Engineered for high-volume production, the Crown DMS-60 delivers fast, even heating and rock–solid reliability in a compact, floor-mounted package. Its 60-gallon (227 L) capacity, full stainless steel construction and spring-assisted cover make it the perfect workhorse for soups, sauces, pasta, stews and high-acid recipes that would punish lesser kettles. Connect your facility’s low-pressure steam line (5–30 psi) and start cooking with the precision, safety and efficiency you expect from Crown (Middleby).
