Full-Jacket • Tri-Leg • 2" Draw-Off Valve • NSF ListedBuilt for high-volume, high-acid cooking, the Crown DL-40F delivers rock-solid performance in commissaries, schools, healthcare, and production kitchens. A full steam jacket surrounds the lower ⅔ of the hemispherical kettle, driving rapid, even heat transfer while the 316 stainless interior stands up to tomatoes, citrus, and other acidic recipes.
