Installation essentials
- Securely bolt and seal legs to floor to maintain NSF compliance.
- Provide floor drain directly under the tangent draw-off valve.
- Install a manual shut-off and strainer on the 3/4" steam supply line.
- Each kettle requires its own steam trap on the 1/2" condensate return.
- Add a pressure-reducing valve if incoming steam exceeds 50 psi (345 kPa).
