Direct Steam Operation

Utilizes incoming nontoxic steam at a minimum of 10 psi (69 kPa) with a flow of 80 lbs. (36 kg) per hour, ensuring efficient and consistent cooking. A pressure reducing valve is required if incoming pressure exceeds 50 PSI (345 kPa).
