Engineered for busy commercial kitchens, the Crown CG-325 delivers a dependable 250,000 BTU of low-pressure steam from a compact 36" freestanding cabinet. Automatic water management, integral water treatment and full stainless construction keep your operation running smoothly shift after shift.

Water quality matters: For full warranty coverage, incoming water must meet Crown’s standards (TDS < 60 ppm, alkalinity < 20 ppm, chlorine < 1.5 ppm, silica < 13 ppm, pH 6.8–7.3). Purge 2-3 gal through the filter after every cartridge change.
