High-output, space-saving boiler for powering steamers, kettles & moreEngineered for busy commercial kitchens that demand consistent, on-demand steam, the Crown CE-36 delivers up to 107 lb of steam per hour from a compact 24″ stainless steel cabinet. CSD-1 compliant controls, automatic blow-down and an included water filtration system keep the generator running safely, efficiently and with minimal daily maintenance.
