Description
The CookTek XLPTDS1800/240 is an induction-charged pizza thermal delivery system charger designed for pizzas up to 18 inches. Its FlashPak disc uses a no-leak, solid-to-solid phase design to keep up to three pizzas at a consistent hot temperature for up to 30 minutes.
The system provides an initial charge in less than three minutes and recharges in as little as 60 seconds. It can be installed on a countertop or dropped into custom shelving, and includes a FlashPak disc and an 18-inch VaporVent delivery bag with Pellet Centering Tray insert.
