The Cookshack PV538 is a meat temperature probe with a braided cable for SM160, SM260, SM360, FEC120 and FEC240 models.
Connect one end of the probe to the IQ5 Controller and place the other end in the center of the meat cut. When the set internal temperature is reached, the oven automatically drops to the hold cycle.
