The Convotherm CMN 6.10ET MINI PRO is an electric, boilerless/spritzer combi oven with programmable easyTouch controls and a 7-inch TFT high-resolution capacitive touch display.
It provides hot-air, steam, combi-steam, and rethermalization modes, with capacity for five 12 x 20 x 2-1/2-inch steam table pans, five 13 x 18-inch half-size sheet pans, or five 12 x 20-inch wire fry baskets.
