This K-12 School Package includes a 3-year warranty covering both parts and labor, which begins upon equipment startup by an authorized servicer.
While some electric Convotherm models are UL Listed ventless, this gas combi oven requires proper ventilation. Local codes and regulations should always be consulted for specific requirements.
The oven requires drinking water quality with specific parameters for TDS (70-360 ppm), hardness (70-360 ppm), pH (6.5-8.5), chloride (max 60 ppm), and other elements. Water treatment, such as reverse osmosis, is required if the supply water does not meet these specifications, to maintain warranty validity.
Each oven cavity can hold 6 full-size (18" x 26") sheet pans or 12 full-size (12" x 20" x 1") hotel pans. With two ovens stacked, the total capacity is 12 full-size sheet pans or 24 full-size hotel pans.
The package includes 12 half-size electropolished fry baskets, 12 electropolished stainless steel wire racks, a stacking kit, a ConvoClean+ cleaning system with chemicals and hoses, ConvoLink HACCP software, culinary support, and free equipment startup by an Authorized Servicer.
