This two-section prep refrigerator keeps 18 ingredient pans ice-cold under a crystal-clear glass lid, while four spacious drawers hold deeper back-up pans below. A front-breathing, rear-mounted 1/4 hp refrigeration system lets you push the unit flush against a wall or into a cook-line without sacrificing performance.
