18-pan, two-section prep refrigerator with 4 refrigerated drawersBuilt for high-volume delis, cafés, commissaries and ghost kitchens, the 48" Mighty Top keeps every ingredient at safe 33-41°F while giving chefs instant access to 18 sixth-size pans and a full-length 8" cutting board. Four heavy-duty drawers below accept deeper hotel pans for backup product, so you can fly through service without ever running to the walk-in.
