With a space-saving front-breathing design, eco-friendly R-290 refrigeration and a generous 8" cutting board, this 32" sandwich unit is purpose-built for high-volume delis, cafés and ghost kitchens that refuse to compromise on quality—or floor space.
Purpose-Built Performance
- Front-breathing ventilation lets you install tight to walls or counters—no side or rear clearance required.
- Unique airflow system keeps rail pans safely between 33-41°F for food-safe holding during peak rushes.
- Rear-mounted, self-contained 1/5 HP compressor is easy to service and whisper-quiet on the line.
- Natural R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant exceeds all current environmental regulations while cutting energy costs.
- Automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator means no drain line to run or pans of water to empty.
Prep-Line Efficiency
- Holds (12) 1/6-size, 4"-deep pans in the recessed rail (pans included).
- Full-length 8" nylon cutting board—removable, knife-friendly and easy to sanitize.
- Two stainless roll-out drawers (smooth chrome handles) each accept:
- (1) 12 × 20 × 6" hotel pan or
- (1) 1/2 × 6" pan + (2) 1/3 × 6" pans
(drawer pans supplied by others).
- Foamed-in-place 2" poly-urethane insulation locks in cold and saves energy.
- Magnetic Santoprene™ gaskets snap in/out for tool-free cleaning.
