The 3FSNHD comes with a Seven (7) Year Parts, Labor, and Compressor Warranty from the date of installation, or eighty-seven (87) months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first. This warranty applies to self-contained units and covers defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance.
Improper operation due to incorrect installation, negligent or improper cleaning and maintenance (especially condenser coils), out-of-tolerance voltage, inadequate wiring, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, and the use of non-authorized services or non-OEM parts can all void the warranty. Regular monthly cleaning of condenser coils is recommended to maintain warranty validity.
The warranty covers all parts and equipment, including the R-290 compressor, for defects in material and workmanship. However, it does not cover normal wear parts such as light bulbs and gaskets. Adjustments like cabinet leveling, hinge modifications, caster/leg adjustments, and control settings are also excluded.
