The Continental Refrigerator 2FENSAGD freezer comes with a Seven (7) Year Parts, Labor, and Compressor Warranty. This warranty is valid from the date of installation or 87 months from the date of shipment, whichever comes first.
The warranty may be voided by improper operation due to incorrect installation, negligent or improper cleaning and maintenance, out-of-tolerance voltage conditions, inadequate wiring, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, or failure to regularly clean the condenser coils as recommended monthly.
No, the warranty specifically excludes normal wear parts such as light bulbs and gaskets. It also excludes adjustments like cabinet leveling, hinge modifications, caster or leg adjustments, and control settings.
Yes, for any labor to be covered under warranty, the purchaser must contact the factory for service authorization prior to employing labor. All work must be completed within 90 days of the service authorization date.
