The Connerton CG-18-M is a countertop gas griddle with an 18 in. wide by 24 in. deep cooking surface, a 1 in. smooth, highly polished steel plate, and manual controls.
Its fully welded stainless steel body includes an integrated fire box, front panel, gutter, splash, and drip pan. The griddle delivers 30,000 BTU and connects to gas through a rear 3/4 in. NPT inlet.
