The Connerton CEG-12-M is a countertop gas griddle with a 12-inch-wide by 19-inch-deep cooking surface, manual controls and a 1-inch highly polished steel plate.
Its welded stainless steel construction includes an integrated fire box-flue, stainless steel drip pan, gutter and 3-inch-high splash. The unit uses one U-type tubular burner rated at 28,000 BTU and has a rear 3/4-inch NPT gas connection.
