  • 1" thick cold-rolled alloy steel plate with reflective chrome finish for faster recovery, even heat and easy clean-up.
  • Five stainless “U” burners (30,000 BTU each) deliver a total of 150,000 BTU/hr.
  • Thermostatic control every 12" lets you set five independent zones from 200 °F – 450 °F.
  • 4" welded splash guards on back & sides keep grease contained.
  • Full-width 3" front grease trough plus large removable stainless grease drawer.
  • All-stainless exterior, double-wall body and 3 ¼" bull-nose landing for plating safety.
  • 4" adjustable stainless steel legs for easy leveling and sanitation clearance.
  • 3/4" rear gas manifold with built-in pressure regulator (5" WC NG / 10" WC LP).
