Engineered for high-volume, line-cook efficiency, the Comstock-Castle step-up range packs eight 24,000 BTU star burners and a full-width oven into a rugged 48" frame. All-stainless construction, easy-to-clean interiors, and a thoughtful raised-rear-burner design keep your kitchen moving fast from open to close.
