Built for high-demand, all-day production, the Comstock-Castle FK430-18 combines blistering open-top heat, an oversized 18" griddle and a full-size bakery-depth oven in one 36" footprint. Heavy-duty stainless construction, 3/4" thick griddle plate and 146,000 total BTU give you the muscle to sear, sauté, grill and bake faster—shift after shift.

Robust Cooktop Power

The high-output 40 K BTU open burners feature cast-iron grates (18" × 13½") that let you slide oversize stock pots from burner to burner without lifting. A standing pilot keeps service quick during peak periods, while brass valves deliver precise flame modulation.

Versatile 18" Griddle

From crispy hash browns to melty quesadillas, the ¾" plate optimizes heat retention for even, edge-to-edge cooking. Twin 18 K BTU burners respond fast to load changes, and a tapered stainless splash guards, front trough and deep drawer keep grease where it belongs.

Bakery-Depth Oven

A 30 K BTU cast-iron “H” burner and V-shaped baffle bath every rack position in consistent heat—ideal for roasting proteins, finishing casseroles or baking desserts. Heavy insulation traps heat, saving energy and keeping the kitchen cooler.
