Replace three separate pieces of equipment with one compact, high-output unit. Comstock-Castle’s 48″ combination brings together an open-top hotplate, a full-size griddle and a pull-out cheesemelter, giving busy kitchens the versatility they need without sacrificing precious line space.

  • Cabinet-style frame: All-welded stainless steel exterior with double-wall insulation for a cool-to-the-touch body.
  • 4″ integrated splash guard and front cold-zone grease trough with large seamless removable drawer.
  • (2) ¾″ NPT gas inlets, factory-set regulators (4″ WC Natural / 10″ WC LP) & standing pilots for instant ignition.
