Built for kitchens that live on the grill, this 48" Comstock-Castle workhorse packs a restaurant-size char-broiler, extra-wide oven and handy storage cabinet into a single heavy-duty range that is only four feet wide. Rugged stainless construction, iron radiants and 130,000 BTU of total fire power let you sear, bake and store with confidence shift after shift.

  • 48" char-broiler, four 25,000 BTU burners – cast-iron “H” burners under iron V radiants deliver intense, even heat while reducing flare-ups.
  • Reversible 20.5"-deep cast-iron grates provide level or sloped branding surfaces.
  • Front cold-zone grease trough and large removable drawer simplify clean-up.
  • 31.5" bakery-depth oven, 30,000 BTU – porcelain & aluminized linings, plus a special heat-circulating baffle for consistent results.
  • One heavy-duty rack included; three rack positions (≈2 ¾" spacing).
  • 10" wide enclosed cabinet (galvanized interior) keeps sheet pans and utensils within reach.
