48" full-surface char-broiler | 31" bakery-depth oven | Stainless steel storage baseBuilt for kitchens that live on the grill, this 48" Comstock-Castle workhorse packs a restaurant-size char-broiler, extra-wide oven and handy storage cabinet into a single heavy-duty range that is only four feet wide. Rugged stainless construction, iron radiants and 130,000 BTU of total fire power let you sear, bake and store with confidence shift after shift.

- Reversible 20.5"-deep cast-iron grates provide level or sloped branding surfaces.

- 31.5" bakery-depth oven, 30,000 BTU – porcelain & aluminized linings, plus a special heat-circulating baffle for consistent results.
- One heavy-duty rack included; three rack positions (≈2 ¾" spacing).
