Model F3430-24-1RB • 198,000 BTU Total InputBuilt for high-volume kitchens that need boil-over power, grill-house flavor, and bakery-quality baking in one compact footprint, this 48" Comstock-Castle range delivers uncompromising performance shift after shift.

- 31.5" wide oven (30,000 BTU “H” burner) with porcelain-enameled door & floor, one rack, three positions
- 10" cabinet base provides enclosed, three-sided storage for pans, trays or cleaning tools
