- Even, consistent heat. Straight-through cast-iron “I” burners deliver 36,000 BTU to the griddle and 80,000 BTU to the broiler; iron radiants tame flare-ups while locking in heat.
- Bakery-depth 31.5" oven. Porcelain-enamel door & deck, heavy insulation and a 30,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner give you crisp, even bakes – from sheet-pan cookies to 18 lb roasts.
