This range is convertible for use with either Natural Gas or Propane. The optimal pressures are 4 inches W.C. for natural gas and 10 inches W.C. for propane, with the manifold size being 3/4" NPT.
For non-combustible surfaces, the installation clearances are 0 inches on the sides and 0 inches in the rear. For combustible surfaces, the clearances are 2 inches on the sides and 2 inches in the rear.
The oven comes standard with one heavy-duty chrome-plated wire rack. There are three rack positions, spaced approximately 2-3/4 inches apart.
The griddle plate is 3/4 inch thick as standard, with a 1 inch thick option also available.
