Built for busy line cooks who need a powerful work-station in a single footprint, this 60" Comstock-Castle range lets you sear, grill, fry and bake all at once. A full-size ¾" thick griddle, heavy-duty char-broiler and twin high-performance ovens are wrapped in an all-stainless cabinet that stands up to the daily grind of commercial kitchens.

Highlights

  • 36" wide, ¾" thick polished steel griddle with independent manual controls (12" heat zones) for maximum versatility.
  • 24" radiant char-broiler with cast iron “V” radiants and reversible cast iron grates for level or slanted grilling.
  • (2) Standard bakers’ ovens (26.5" W × 22" D × 14" H) – 30,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner each, enamel door & bottom linings, 3-position rack system, 1 chrome rack per cavity.
  • Total input: 192,000 BTU/h – supplied by a single ¾" rear gas manifold with factory-set regulator.
  • Stainless steel exterior, 7" high backguard and bull-nose rail for easy cleaning and splash protection.

Radiant Char-Broiler

  • Two 12" sections, each fired by a 25,000 BTU cast iron burner.
  • Heavy cast iron grates channel grease away from the flame to reduce flare-ups.
  • 3-sided stainless splash guards taper up to 4" high; front trough feeds the shared grease drawer.
