Full-Width Char-Broiler Performance
Four independently controlled 12″ char zones let you create precise temperature gradients across the 48″ surface—ideal for searing steaks on one side while gently finishing vegetables on the other. Cast-iron top grates measure 20.5″ deep and feature built-in grease channels that direct runoff toward the front trough, helping to curb flare-ups and maintain consistent branding temperatures.
Twin Space-Saver Ovens
Beneath the broiler you’ll find two 19.5″ W x 22″ D x 14″ H ovens—each powered by a 25,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner. Heavy fiberglass insulation and a porcelain-enamel interior hold heat for fuel-efficient baking, roasting or finishing. Three rack positions make it easy to handle everything from sheet pans to hotel pans.
