Six star burners, a 12" char-broiler and two space-saving ovens give you a complete cookline in one rugged, stainless-steel cabinet.
Cook-Top Performance
- (6) open “star” burners with a wide 7" flame spread
• Front row: 24,000 BTU each
• Rear row: 30,000 BTU each - 12" × 12" heavy-duty cast-iron grates—designed for smooth pan movement and superior heat reflection.
- Full-width crumb tray keeps your worktop clean and service-ready.
Built-In Char-Broiler
- 12" radiant char-broiler section (25,000 BTU) replaces one burner pair.
- Cast-iron broiler grates & iron radiants reduce flare-ups while locking in flavor.
- Front cold-zone trough & removable grease drawer for fast cleanup.
Twin Space-Saver Ovens
- (2) 19.5" W × 22" D × 14" H ovens, each heated by a 25,000 BTU cast-iron “H” burner.
- Porcelain-enamel door & bottom linings for quick wipe-down sanitation.
- (1) chrome rack per oven, 3 rack positions (≈2 ¾" spacing).

- All-stainless exterior, welded with aluminized steel inner framing.
- 7" high backguard & flush bull-nose rail protect controls and walls.
- 37" cooking surface height on 6" adjustable stainless pipe legs.
