• Heavy-duty one-piece cast-iron top grates with cast-in bull-nose—supports stock pots up to 20" Ø.
• Open-front cabinet base keeps utensils and ingredients close at hand.
• Fully welded stainless-steel exterior with aluminized framing for corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
• Standing pilots and factory-installed pressure regulators for quick start-up and reliable operation.
• (2) ¾" rear gas connections—plumb natural gas at 4" W.C. or LP gas at 10" W.C.
